Mobile jaw crushing plant series is a new generation of rock crushing equipment independently developed by Aston Machine, designed for primary crushing of hard rock, recycled materials, and demolition waste.
This equipment can reach any location on the work site under any terrain conditions. This reduces material handling operations and facilitates the coordination of all auxiliary machinery. The mobile vehicle adopts an advanced ship-shaped design, resulting in a more robust overall structure and more stable operation. The main crushing equipment uses a 6CX jaw crusher, which compared to traditional jaw crushers, allows for flexible switching between coarse and fine crushing, significantly improving the crushing ratio. It is currently one of the most advanced and cost-effective crushing equipment in the industry.
This equipment is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, chemical engineering, building materials, and hydropower, where mobile crushing solutions are frequently required. It is particularly well-suited for on-site crushing in infrastructure projects including highways, railways, and hydropower developments.

The plant crushes materials directly on site without the need for off-site transport, significanlty reducing material handling and transportation costs.
- Wheeled Undercarriage
A towable wheeled chassis needs no extra transport vehicle.
- Smart Control + Remote
One operator can manage feeding, crushing, and discharge from a tablet or cabin.
- Superior Performance
Featuring a simple, rational, and compact structure, each machine undergoes multiple strict inspections to ensure excellent quality and reliable performance.
- Flexible Configuration
The system can be configured as a two-stage or three-stage crushing plant, offering high flexibility and the option for independent use.
Working Principle
After entering the crushing chamber, the material first falls onto the high-speed rotating movable hammers, where it undergoes initial crushing under the combined action of the hammers and impact plates, and is initially pulverized within the hammering area. Subsequently, after multiple high-frequency, repeated hammering and impacts, the material falls to the central baffle and gradually accumulates. It then slides down into the throwing disc of the lower high-speed rotating rotor, where it is thrown at high speed towards the impact plates. During hte collision and descent, it is subjected to forced impact, crushing, and grinding by the moving hammers.
Therefore, the material undergoes multiple rounds of compound crushing, scouring, and grinding during its descent under its own gravity, ultimately achieving a fine crushing effect.
Advantages Compared with Stationary Crushing Plant
Compared to traditional fixed crushing plants, the mobile jaw crushing plant offers:
- No foundation construction required
- Faster installation and commissioning
- Lower transportation and handling costs
- Greater flexibility in different working sites
- Better adaptability for temporary or remote projects
This makes it a cost-effective solution for modern crushing operations.
Mobile Crushing Plant Configuration Options
A mobile jaw crushing plant can be used in different production line configurations:
- Primary crushing only system (jaw crusher + feeder)
- Two-stage crushing system (jaw crusher + impact crusher or cone crusher)
- Three-stage crushing system (jaw + cone + screening unit)
These flexible configurations allow customized solutions based on material type and output requirements.
Maintenance and Spare Parts
To ensure long-term stable operation, regular maintenance is essential:
- Check jaw plates and replace when worn
- Lubricate bearings and moving parts regularly
- Inspect conveyor belt tension
- Clean dust and material buildup
Proper maintenance significantly extends machine lifespan and improves efficiency.
FAQ
What materials can a mobile jaw crushing plant process?
It can handle hard and abrasive materials such as granite, basalt, limestone, and ore, etc.
Can it crush wet or sticky material?
Yes, but we recommend the optional anti-clogging plates and a larger discharge opening to prevent build-up.
What’s the fuel consumption per hour?
Under full diesel power, consumptionis approximately 22-28L/h. Using electric drive reduces operating costs significantly.
Do you provide spare parts and remote technical support?
Yes. We stock jaw plates, belts, bearings, and electrical components. Remote video support is available 24/7.
Is it suitable for remote job sites?
Yes, its mobility makes it ideal for remote or temporary construction projects.
Can the output size be adjusted?
Yes, by adjusting the jaw settings, different output sizes can be achieved.
Does it require a foundation?
No, it can operate directly on the site without complex installation.
